The process

How opportunities move through Long Angle

The investment team sources opportunities, evaluates them against established standards and gives members the information needed to reach an independent decision.
Step 01

Opportunities sourced and evaluated

Our investments team develops relationships with managers it wants to evaluate rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities. Each prospective offering goes through a formal underwriting process before members see it.

Step 02

Diligence tested by members

Members review the materials, ask questions, share manager references and contribute relevant industry knowledge. The investment team responds directly, and substantive new information becomes part of the diligence record.

Step 03

Members decide privately

Review everything. Participate only when the opportunity fits your portfolio and you understand the risks. There is no committee decision and no expectation to invest.
