  • The membership fee is billed annually. You will be charged $1,000 at the time of sign-up and annually thereafter on your renewal date.

  • Your Premier membership will renew automatically each year. You will receive renewal reminders 30, 15, and 7 days before your renewal date.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option. If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of the current cycle.

  • No, we do not offer refunds for the unused portion of the membership term. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • You can access your Premier membership benefits through the benefits section on the app or website.

  • The discount will be applied to your monthly fees starting next month.

  • The discount will be refunded directly to the card you used to pay for your annual retreat ticket.
