We’ve been fortunate to meet with all of you in person at our regional happy hours or over Zoom, one frequent question we get is: “When can I meet more members?”. This is it!

The Fairmont Sonoma has capacity for 250 rooms. We are providing these on a first-come, first-served basis, with 2025 retreat attendees having had the first opportunity to register in advance.

The 250 rooms will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We have negotiated an early booking discount with the hotel that allows us to offer lower cost for anyone who registers through November 1, 2025.

We are setting the price per ticket at-cost. We negotiated significant discounts on the hotel room rates to keep the cost as reasonable as possible.

Yes! All meals, snacks, and refreshments are included in the retreat package. Enjoy a variety of delicious options at our scheduled events and programs.

The nearest airports are:
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS): ~20 miles from the resort. AUS offers non-stop flights to most major U.S. cities and select international destinations.
San Antonio International Airport (SAT): ~85 miles from the resort, with a wide range of domestic and international connections.
Houston Airports (IAH/HOU): ~140–160 miles from the resort. A good option if combining the retreat with additional travel.
We will provide complimentary shuttle transportation on Sunday from Austin-Bergstrom (AUS) to the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines. Return shuttle details will be shared closer to the event.

Registration and activities will start in the afternoon of Sunday, September 27, 2026 with an opening dinner and reception that evening. We will have a closing breakfast and remarks on the morning of Wednesday, September 30.

Definitely! We wholeheartedly encourage you to bring your spouse or partner. The retreat is designed to be a social and enriching experience for our members and their loved ones. We anticipate half of attendees will join with their spouse/partner and half will come alone.

We are excited to organize family-friendly retreats in the future, but this event is designed to be adults-only. We are not able to offer programming or childcare for kids.
